When I began pottery it was the beginning of a journey back to myself, back to the earth.  I found myself connected again to my soul, to mother Gaia.  Each time my hands reach into the earth I find myself on that journey.  My work is evolving as I do.  I create what comes from my heart in every session, therefore no pot is ever the same.  My inspiration comes from nature, the colours, the landscapes and in particular birds, a symbol for me of freedom.  Of letting go of limitations.  As each pot comes to form I find myself fuelled with joy, with a love that beams from my heart and a deep feeling of freedom as I allow myself to simply be.  My work is for for those who find themselves resonating with love, joy and freedom but also with the uniqueness of everything that surrounds us.  Perfection is not my game but rather feeling the perfection in everything that is, as it is.  With love, Liana 🦋
